What Is EÇBS and Why Is It Mandatory?
The Integrated Environmental Information System (EÇBS) is the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change’s digital environmental management platform.
It electronically monitors environmental processes involving businesses, recycling facilities, licensed carriers, and environmental consultancy companies.
If your company manages environmental permits, waste declarations, transport forms, or licensing procedures, registration in EÇBS is legally required.

1. How to Register in the EÇBS System (2025 Updated Guide)
Step 1 — Log In
Visit:
https://ecbs.cevre.gov.tr/KullaniciIslemleri/Giris
Select Citizen Login and sign in using your e-Government credentials.
⚠️ Important: Registration must be completed by the company’s authorized representative (such as the company manager).
Step 2 — Enter Basic Information
Click Create System Registration.
Select your province and district.
The remaining information will be automatically retrieved through the e-Government system.
Verify your email address using the confirmation code sent to you.
Step 3 — Accept the User Agreement
After entering all required information:
Click Save
Review the User Agreement
Accept the agreement
Your account will then become active.
Step 4 — Create Your Company Account
Navigate to: Account (Company/Institution)
Select: New Company Account
Complete the required information, including:
Company type
Tax number and tax office
Establishment date
Social Security (SGK) workplace number (if applicable)
UAVT code
If you do not know your UAVT code, select “I don’t know my UAVT code” and enter your address manually.
Telephone number, Email address, Registered Electronic Mail (KEP) address (if available)
Step 5 — Add Location Information
Drag the location marker to your facility’s exact location.
This defines your facility’s coordinates within the EÇBS system.
Step 6 — Upload Authorization Documents
Upload documentation proving your authority to represent the company (such as a signature circular, authorization letter, or ID card).
Once approved, your account becomes fully active.
Step 7 — Complete the Application
Review all information and click Complete Application.
Your company is now officially registered in EÇBS.
From this point forward, environmental permits, transport forms, and waste declarations can all be managed digitally.

3. Important Points to Consider
